Report Lost/Stolen Card

During regular business hours, please call bankHometown at (508) 987-1200, or toll-free at (888) 307-5887 to report that your card is missing. We will de-activate your card so no one else may use it and invite you to come in to your local branch office to order and sign for a new card and select a new personal identification number (PIN). A $10 re-issue fee applies.

After hours, or over the weekend, please call Elan at (800) 264-5578 where an operator is available to assist you 24 hours a day. The operator will de-activate your card so no one else may use it then instruct you to call or visit your local branch office during business hours to order a new card. You will be asked to come in to order and sign for the new card and select a new personal identification number (PIN). A $10 re-issue fee applies.

Note: Replacement debit cards generally arrive within a few days after ordering them. If you need your replacement card sooner, instant-issue cards are available at all Massachusetts office locations.  In Connecticut, Thompson, Putnam and Killingly office locations can re-issue. A $10 re-issue fee applies.
