Hometown Bank has announced two promotions according to Norma Collins, Vice President of Human Resources and Operations:
Jennifer Mancini, of Webster has been promoted to compliance assistant. In her new position, Ms. Mancini will assist the Bank’s compliance officer in assuring bank-wide regulatory compliance; preparing and implementing compliance policies and procedures; compiling data for internal audits and state and federal regulatory examinations, and preparation and management of various risk assessment tools. Ms. Mancini joined Hometown Bank in August 2013 as a mortgage processor.
She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nichols College, Dudley where she was a member of Alpha Zeta Phi, the Nichol’s College honor society. She is also a member of Delta Mu Delta, the international honor society in business administration.
Raymond Nutter, of Putnam, CT has been promoted to senior loan processor. In his new position, Nutter will be responsible for reviewing, processing and monitoring residential and equity loan applications and insuring loan quality compliance and adherence to loan policy. He joined the Bank in 2011 as a mortgage processor and most recently served as a credit analyst. In 2012, he was cited as employee of the year in the Bank’s annual Customer Care program which encourages superior customer service. In his spare time, Nutter enjoys running and participates in numerous 5k and 10k road races each year.
